Our paint removal capabilities encompass
a full range of process methodologies from Accelerated
Solvent and Aqueous Chemical to Thermal Incineration on
items ranging in size from less than 1 cubic millimetre
to 50 cubic metres. Our extensive facilities allow us to
use the most appropriate technology in all cases.
For small or fragile
components, where excessive heat may cause distortion,
we provide both hot and cold chemical stripping processes.
For larger items such
as grids and jigs, we offer a Pyrolysis
service in our dedicated facility.
Thermal Incineration,
or Pyrolysis, is the decomposition or transformation
of
paint compounds by
extreme heat - 450oC. The Pyrolysis process
is not only quick and efficient but it offers substantial
benefits
in the
areas
of Health & Safety and reduced Environmental impact
by virtue of the reduction in chemical usage.
